About
As a certified life and performance coach*, I can help you clarify your goals and priorities, and then better align your choices and actions to help meet those goals. Performance coaching focuses on personal and professional growth, and always assumes that each person knows the best ways to achieve this growth for themselves.
As a writer and communicator, I’ve helped hundreds of people tell their business and personal stories in ways that are more relevant, credible, and impactful. I’ve helped everyone from the CEOs of Fortune 500 firms, to non-professionals speaking in public for the very first time.
As a marketing communications professional, I’ve written corporate speeches, organized and executed large-scale conferences and events, built social media and website platforms, and award-winning marketing materials including annual reports, merger & acquisition communications, and promotional videos.
Several times a year, I bring some of Orlando’s most interesting people together, as the organizer and host of PechaKucha Orlando. Held in over 700 cities around the world, PechaKucha Nights feature an eclectic mix of creatives and professionals who present in the 20×20 format: 20 slides, 20 seconds each. PechaKucha Orlando won a Silver Brick Award from the Downtown Orlando Partnership for its contributions to Orlando’s arts and culture in 2012, and was named one of Orlando’s Best Community Dialogues in The Daily City’s 2013 Best of Orlando awards.
Whether as a coach, communicator, or event planner, my work has some common themes: creativity and innovation, improving execution, paying close attention to quality and detail, and motivating people to reach higher and achieve more. I’m driven by a profound sense of adventure and creativity, and I never met a status quo I didn’t want to change.
